When you buy from PontoonStuff® we will always be responsible for the seats & parts sold online through our website. If for any reason your purchase does not meet your quality expectations please contact us so we can pick up the item, at our expense, and give a full refund of the purchase price. The items must be in the original box(s) and not been installed or altered in any way.

 

Restoring a pontoon boat is a big project and it can be very confusing. You have many choices when it comes to where to buy the furniture, supplies and accessories to complete your pontoon restoration project. Pontoon Stuff® understands this and we want to make sure you're always confident with your purchase from us.   • If any of the pontoon furniture, parts, supplies or accessories purchased arrive damaged, please contact us immediately so we can send replacements. Pontoon Stuff® will pay the return costs of damaged or defective products and their replacements, you never need to worry about paying for products that are not correct.

 

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for us to pick up any defective products.  We will send FedEx to your locations with a return tag but we are at the mercy of the shipping company's schedule.  We cannot provide exact delivery or pick up times, though we will ship your replacements within 24 hours.
