Is Kansas that bad.,..... read through all the locations and only 1 is from Overland Park...and they are moving to MO ..... though, I must say that Lake of the Ozarks is THE BEST lake around the area for boating,..... spent many a vacation there!!!!!!
anyone else from KS??? Lake Perry area, Melvern or POmana Lake??? anyone ??? Bueller??? Bueller????? (Ferris Bueller's Day Off)

Hi all, Burlington, NC here. Just about right smack in the middle of the state. Kerr Lake, aka, Buggs Island is our toons home base. We love our toon and we love to go boating/fishing/swimming/tubing. We also boat a lot in Coastal NC. Places like Core Sound, Pamlico Sound, and the ICW.

Close, but I live on the Missouri side. Raytown, MO(suburb of Kansas City, close to Arrowhead Stadium
& Royals Stadium). Grew up on Lake of the Ozarks and just bought my toon from a couple that lives at Lake of the Ozarks, now boating at Pomme
De Terre Lake in Central Mo.

45 minutes south of Little Rock AR. We have a fishing boat for using on small lakes and rivers, but we wanted something to fish on the Arkansas river. I suspect we will hang out some on the big lakes in Hot Springs in the summer.

We get our mail in Shreveport, La. But we call living when we're at Toledo Bend, just out of Many, La. But after a trip to Hot springs this year, anniversary ya know. My Son & I built us a trailer for the tracker and after the rebuild, we may just start taking the toon on vacation instead of the Ranger, Never thought I'd say that!

I'm in southern Virginia just south of Richmond. Close to Kerr Lake, Lake Chesdin, the James River & about 85 miles from the Atlantic Ocean & the ICWW. Got back into boating after 35 yrs & love it.
Am retired now & 'the boss lady' said we needed a boat. I of course said Yes Mama. Got a 16ft bass boat with a 50 hp Johnson & a sweet deal on a 20 ft Riveria Crusier with a 70 hp Johnson that needs to be remodeled. Can't wait til spring to get it done & start enjoying the water again. 
This site has taught me alot & I highly recommend it to anyone that is into pontoon boats. Lots of great people who are willing to hlep out anytime.

I keep my toon in Hopewell, in a slip. It's a pain to haul around with the lousy trailer it came with. The slip is SO much more convenient! See ya around the James!! I'm most always chasin' catfish ( but almost never catchin' them).

CGbosun, I'm not familiar with the slips there yet as I am new to boating. I put in mainly at Dutch Gap. Lake Chesdin is not a place I care to much for due to being so shallow in so many places. Hope to see you on the 'riva' as soon as the weather warms up a little. Need to get the bass boat out & do some cat fishing myself.
