The different curves and angles in this console it makes it look like the switches and gauges are not square but if you measure them they are. We took a digital angle finder on each gauge just to check. This consloe is so big I will have to buy more toys just to fill it up.  LOL

Carpet and console both look awesome! You'll like the BIG console when it comes time to hook everything up, there is actually room to get in there and work.

where's all the guages at? , that'll be filling up the console. Volt meter, RPM, water pressure, trim/tilt, etc etc. I see one guage that's either the RPM or Speedo

Now you really could use that water pressure gauge, as its the link to knowing what your impeller's condition is and the volt meter will tell you if your rectifier is working charging that battery.

Water coming out of the p-hole does not mean it's cooling.  It means it is circulating and that your water pump is working well enough to push water out of it.  I had a issue with sand and gravel in the cooling passages, water was still coming out of the p hole.  The engine diagnostic was shutting the engine down to prevent overheating.  It had sand packed in the passages but enough water could get thru and out the p  hole to make you think it was ok.  Turns out the computer was right and the p hole was wrong.  I had to have Mercury take engine apart and clean sand and gravel out of passages and then everything was fine.  Don't rely on the p-hole as the end all, tell all, concerning engine cooling.

Hey Ronney, after reviewing some of the posts, I see the panel you mentioned in the PM, here's the installation instructions which has the wiring guide for your panel. Just review the color coding, it'll make sense after a while. Did you get the fuse panel as well?  What about the pontoon wiring harness? Just curious as to what you got in the way of electrical. If you are using your existing fuse panel, then you'll have to pay very good attention to detail on the color coding to match up to your switch panel.

Each switch does have a circuit breaker, but you do have other items you wouldn't connect to your switch panel that would for example require/desire a hot lead such as your stereo, fish finders, gps units, cig plug adapter (for plug in devices) course your panel already has a cig plug adapter (mine didn't) etc.

The Beginning Of The End!!!!!

With the PS large console you have alot of room for what ever you want to put.

Changing room with shower

Vinyl siding took a little time but came out OK

Installed hook for trailer winch
