If that's the same top I got from PontoonStuff with the bars (both front and back that they no longer sell), then it appears you don't have enough tension on the back and front, those front bars have adjusters, shorten the bar one notch and try again so it makes it tighter. Can you take a close up shot of those bars, it looks like you have adjusters front and rear where mine is only on the front and the rear is fixed height.

WCD it does have adjusters front an rear. Looking at all the pic I can find, it looks like the top should be flat and not have peaks.

1 1/2 PVC with caps will fit over the muffler pipe. The rear PVC is cut 6 feet then middle 5 feet and front 4 feet

peppyjd,,, It is Trilux 33 Anti Fouling by Interlux used with YPA 984 Primer, 353 Metal Wash and 433 Metal prep. I thought it was a little pricey, hope it holds up. $285.00 for the kit

To fix the bimini, take the back support bars and move them down 1 or 2 notches. You may have to take the front ones up 1 notch. I don't think the top is flat when pulled tight. It should be slightly rounded.

Ok, I see smoke (along with a nice looking boat), a bucket which could be containing bait, but I see no fishing tackle, so is is holding water to put out what's causing smoke? and one person looking aft at the motor which we still haven't see a pic of since the rebuild.

WCD;;;;We spent so much on the boat we could not afford an ice chest so we used a bucket for the cold 'pork chops'. The boat doctor said to run a little extra oil for a while, but that did not help. IT JUST QUIT RUNNING

The boat doctor took it out for a test ride after installing the engine. ALL WAS FINE!!!!! Well so we thought,,,Went about 3 miles and JUST QUIT,,,,, It is back in the patient waiting room.
