thanks to all for the kudos!!!!! I have learned a lot here and have been able to regurgitate....ok... not really a good word.... but been able to give advice based off others AND some of my own experience.. where I got advice here...

I truely appreciate this forum, all the adminsitrators AND those that have posted their projects... it's a great fmaily place to be...
