Check out this huge spike in the water level of my lake the past few days
with all of the GA flooding...

Thankfully, my pontoon appears to be OK as it is tied to a floating dock, too
bad I can't get out to it since the ramp is under water! I think our drought is
officially over...

Here's a picture. This ramp is usually somewhat steep going down. The
water is 14 feet above full pool. It is typically 2 - 3 feet below full pool this
time of year.

Moved to off topic since your main topic is water level . We've already had flooding here in my local area, good thing I've got the toon in the front yard with all the rain we've had and no end in sight yet after 10 days of it. A day hasn't gone by without rain at some point in the day and usually heavy for an hour or more. I thought today was going to be clear, but 3 hours ago I was wrong , seemed like 2 inches fell during that two hr dump.

I love when the water goes up.  The Catfish consider it dinner time and the bite is on fire.

Looks like if it goes down a couple feet you will be able to use your boat.  I can't even get to the parking lot, and won't be able to for awhile

The 'road' to the parking lot...

parking lot...hope they get the trash dumpster emptied somehow or that's gonna be ripe

Here's one of Bethany Bridge near the dam...normally you can run a houseboat under it with 6 feet to spare...not any more.

I got out today ... Water is still very high. I didn't stay out to long since I was
a little worried about prop damage. Lots of stuff floating out there!

How's the water level now? I bet is just as high or higher with all the rain we've been getting lately all around you (and I'm sick of rain in TN)

It went back down to 'almost' normal but then the rain on Monday brought it back up some, although not nearly as bad as it was the first time.  The docks are (barely) accessible, but the marina turned the power off as a precaution.  Power lines are only about a foot above water level.
