Been lurking for awhile. Here is a picture of my 24 ft Monark:

I have been working on it off and on for about a year now. When it first arrived there was only the drivers console, the railing and some bad carpet on the deck. The railing needs some work. But my neighbors and I built the center box, rewired everything and replaced the 1978 merk 115 hp with a 1995 Yamaha 85 HP. We installed a trolling motor. Used a cheap mount that twisted on the first use. So just mounted the correct Minn Kota quick release mount, much better. Still need to redo the bunks on the trailer, current bunk are 24 ft long 2X4s with very little carpet attached. We also painted the frame and replaced all the bearings on the trailer. The pontoons have some water in them that sloshes around, need to fix that problem. I think the rear bungs were not tightened enough and allowed water to get in.
This was from this past weekend, the first time in a while it has seen the water. It's just been too hot, here in San Antonio, and water levels have been way too low, Canyon down 16 ft and Medina down 45 ft, to even think about launching the boat. Now that the temps have dropped some and we finally got some rain, we are ready to go.
