Not all windshields are made the same, show us a pic of your current one. Also have you tried your dealer yet?

First step is to call the manufacturer,
  Crest Pontoons/ Maurell

Owosso, MI 989-725-5188
www.crestpontoonboats.com

They will tell you where the nearest dealer is or they can tell you the information you need to know as your windshield is not a standard type. You can also leave them a text message here http://www.crestpontoonboats.com/resources/asp/customerServi ce.asp with your inquiry.

You can always have a piece of plexi glass or Lexan cut to match the shape.  Lexan would probably work as you can cold form it pretty easily without it cracking.  My brother did that for his boat and it worked well.

Troy, I recenly broke my windshied and could not find a replacement anywhere, until I contacted Custom Mold and Trim in Arkansas.  http://www.getaboatwindshield.com/

They have patterns for many, many windshields and make them on request.  I sent them my old broken one for a pattern, and they made me one that fit perfectly.  total cost was less that $100 including shipping.  Thier address on their contact page here.  I was very pleased with their work.

Now that's not too bad, and Troy since you still have your winshield pretty much intact, you'll be able to send that (pack it very well to prevent shattering). Be sure to take their suggestion and take photo's of it and your console (close ups). I just bought 3 of those quick release mounts and wished I had known about this site last week when I ordered those mounts from Iboats as I would have saved some coins.

I was very pleased with their service, and their product.  It was a perfect match, and I wasn't even coming close trying to find it other places.  Good luck!

Good info Woody. Hard to come by places that do that kind of work for a decent price. Thanks..

Never heard back from Crest dealer or from the factory email so I decided to just wait until after the first of the year since I have put the toon up for the winter.  I will take my old windsheild off and send it to Custom mold and trim so they can make a new one for me

Woody thank you for the info and for asking

take care my friend

Troy

Custom Mold did a great job for me, hopefully they will work out for you if the factory doesn't come through.  Good luck -- let us know how it turns out!
