I am having problems also with an order placed on June 2, it arrived on June 13 after being misrouted, severly damaged.

I emailed pontoonstuff and called (no answer had to leave a message) and still have heard nothing 5 days later.

Thank goodness mine was a small test order, Mckelveyjl.

Anyone know what is going on with these folks?

Yes I did, and just fyi it is the shipper's job to file a claim with the carrier, not the receiver.

And too busy to respond to the phones or email in 5 days? Give me a break.

I just checked your order and saw it was for some parts.  Did they all get damaged?  Please Private message me with the details or call us in the mornings, you shouldn't have trouble getting through as we've added more lines and personel.

Sean contacted me this am and said he was shipping a replacement hinge.
