I am furios right now. I ordered carpet on Monday Because I knew that I was going to get everything else done in time to make it to the water this weekend for the holidays. I put my order in monday The Pontoonstuff ebay store ad says shipes in three days, that was plenty of time as i am 1 day shipping away. I never got any shipping info So I pm'd james to see what was up, I got no response. I have sent a message to the seller through Ebay, no response. I talked to Annette on Thurs, Areal pleasure to deal with i may add very helpful, She told me that the 20 oz textured Jasmine blue that I ordered was not available and they needed to know if I wanted to upgrade to the 28 oz, Why had nobody contacted ME to get this. After speaking with her she called the factory to make sure my carpet was scheduled to ship and called me back to let me know that it was scheduled to be shipped that afternoon. Guess what still no shipping info, still no carpet now my family is mad at me because they are stuck sitting on the dock and the boat is still in the driveway waiting for carpet. According to the ad they ship FedEx so I called Fed Ex trying to find out if it was sitting in a local warehouse They have no record of a package being sent to my name or address. I also tried to keep this private as I have said I tried contacting seller, PMing James and calling pontoonstuff. None of that worked So I really don't expect to get any info from airing it publicly , but it's my last option
