This float on style pontoon trailer uses carpet bunks to support the pontoon boat tubes. With a capacity rating of #1800 our single axle Light Duty Flote-On pontoon trailer is the perfect pontoon trailer for 16'-20' pontoons for storage and short trips in and out of the lake. Utilizing a 3" steel frame with baked on powder coat finish this pontoon trailer will provide years of trouble free service while maintaining that new pontoon trailer look. No rusting or paint chipping to worry about. Heavy duty molded fenders with steps sit atop 12" D range tires for a smooth ride.
Your pontoon tubes are cradled on 2" x 4" bunks wrapped with 16 oz marine grade rubber backed carpet. Unlike inexpensive "felt" bunk carpeting, the marine grade rubber backed carpet will not rip with your first launching and will provide years of service, loading and unloading.
Our Flote On pontoon trailer comes with everything you need: a bow winch stand with steps so you can board the front of your pontoon boat when it's on the pontoon trailer, a front loading winch and strap to help load and secure your pontoon boat onto your pontoon trailer. A tongue jack is standard to save your back when uncoupling from your tow vehicle. The construction is certified by the NMMA, National Marine Manufacturers Association and meets or exceeds the exacting standards of this national organization. The pontoon trailer requires a 2" ball for towing and has a flat 4 wire plug for coupling to the tow vehicle.
