20oz Textured Pontoon Boat Carpet Kit

Complete textured pontoon boat carpet kit, everything you need to upgrade your flooring minus the plywood. Featuring out 20oz textured pontoon carpet.

Items Included In This Pontoon Carpet Kit:

(1) 20' L x 8' W roll of 20oz textured pontoon boat carpet
(2) 2 gallons of marine grade adhesive designed for boats
(1) Free 1/8" notched trowel to spread our glue
(100) 2" self tapping deck screws to secure your plywood
(32) Fence risers to allow water and air to move beneath railing
(32) Stainless steel fence bolts to secure your railing
(1) 50' roll of deck joint tape - place on your cross members

If you are replacing the plywood on your pontoon boat this carpet kit comes with everything you'll need to complete your project. Fasteners to attach your plywood to your pontoon deck, new bolts to secure your railing, risers to lift your railing off of your new carpet, marine grade adhesive, deck joint tape to seal the bottom of your plywood where two sheets meet and of course the marine grade pontoon carpet with rubber backing.

Everything you need to replace your pontoon boat carpet. Bring your old pontoon boat back to life with a new deck. Our carpet kits come with everything you'll need. All you need to do is buy new plywood.

If you choose to purchase new plywood for your deck it is important to use the proper marine grade decking. 7-ply, 3/4" CCA treated boat panel is what the pontoon boat manufacturers use and this is the recommended flooring.

Our carpet and glue are guaranteed to bond properly to CCA treated boat panel, ordinary plywood if unsealed and wet may inhibit proper curing of the adhesive.
