Our weather-proof deck joint tape is used to stop water from splashing and seeping up through the joints in your plywood.  Over time water will work it's way up between the sheets of plywood and damage your carpet and glue, causing water lines and soaking your carpet.  This sealant tape is designed to lay across your cross channels at each point where you have a joint between two sheets of plywood.
