PERFECT!!! I guess you guys are as good as people say on the website. The carpet is really going to look good on the boat. I have a bass boat I fish from and this is going to be Cyndi’s boat (when I am finished) for her and the girls to tootle around the lake on. She is very happy about finding carpet she liked. Pass a note along that a couple of weeks ago I called and asked for some samples to look at and the lady that helped us was very nice and promptly sent us what we needed.

I would like to thank Annette and Kelly for helping me out with the color decision. Between the two, they helped a very indecisive person on a short notice stop an order shipment, sent me more samples, and corrected the order.
I should have taken your advice about the red and/or asked for a piece of material to start with. The red was actually dark red which matches great - even my wife liked it better. I thought it was going to be plain red like the pictures showed but was surprised when the sample came in. Pictures are not always as they seem. Kelly got the samples to me very quickly. That is why I would like to thank her.
Annette took her time with me to make sure that the color was the same as the sample by calling the rep, then she called me within 10 min. She also verified that the order was for the correct style seats.
It has been a pleasure dealing with your company; other places sure could learn a lesson from you. I just wished I could have purchased sooner, but it took a little long to close the deal on the boat.

The captain and owner were very happy to arrive aboard 11/16/07 to find the boxes of PontoonStuff Furniture stacked neatly on the helm station. After being damaged by Katrina, the “Bob Cat” is coming back to life and the PontoonStuff additions are very nice.
